Public Procurement in the European Union has a great impact on the European economy and provides enormous opportunities to companies, doing business with the public sector. According to the European Commission, more than 250, 000 public authorities spend around 14% of GDP (around €2 trillion per year) on the purchase of services, works and supplies.
While Tender Service Group provides tenders published on TED, national and local sources from 23 European countries, due to its physical presence via local subsidiaries in most of these countries, we also provide EU-wide tenders from the remaining EU member states.

Public procurement in the European Union is governed by the following directives that are implemented in national legislation:
Directive 2014/24/EU, regulating the award of public works, supply and service contracts.
Directive 2014/25/EU, regulating the utility sector, and
Directive 2014/23/EU, related to the award of concessions.
The public procurement sector is open not only to companies of EU member states but - due to the EU’s participation in the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) - also to companies from other GPA member states.
