Our company Razpisi d.o.o. has been operating in Slovenia since 2005. We monitor almost 4,000 sources daily, to provide new business opportunities to our clients. The main law that public entities and companies that work with tender must abide too is Zakon o javnem naročanju (ZJN-3) and its by-laws, Zakon o javnem naročanju na področju obrambe in varnosti (ZJNPOV) and its by-laws, Zakon o pravnem varstvu v postopkih javnega naročanje (ZPVPJN) and its by-laws and other acts.
It’s all about information! Information relevant to your business, provided on time and in a way that supports your decision-making process. To save your valuable time. To put you ahead of your competitors. Whatever your needs, we have the data and tools to maximize your revenues with public contracts.
Even if Slovenia is small, it can be a rewarding market for foreign companies as it is the least competitive market in Europe when bidding for tenders. According to the procurement dashboard of the European Court of Auditors, a stunning 73 % of all tenders received one bid only. Also the average number of bidders of only 1.8 per tender is lowest across the EU.
While companies from EU member states benefit from the unrestricted access due to the Single European Market, companies from outside of the EU may also bid on tenders but might need to offer additional documentation.
Our Public Procurement experts will help you prepare your company for public procurement and organise the tender process. Our goal is to optimize your chances of securing successful tender bids.
